Tuesday 18th July, 2023. Rome, Italy, recorded its hottest day on record with a temperature of 41.8°C (107.24°F). I was walking through the streets of Trastevere and came across a lady hastily throwing a suitcase into the back of her car. I captured her car speeding up this road and it is now one of my favourite images of that time in Europe.
