Cronulla Cafe, Barefoot on the Beach in South Cronulla isn’t just a café; it’s an experience that perfectly captures the laid-back, coastal vibe of this beautiful seaside town. As soon as we arrived early on a Sunday morning, we could feel the relaxed energy of the place. Watching the sunrise over the ocean while waiting for our coffee made the visit even more special—it’s hard to beat that kind of start to the day.

The café’s focus on simplicity and quality is evident. The takeaway coffee was smooth and well-crafted, and my daughter’s hot chocolate was rich and comforting. The egg frittatas are a standout on their breakfast menu—light, packed with flavour, and perfect for those who want something wholesome but quick. For those with a sweet tooth, they also offer a range of freshly baked pastries that pair beautifully with their coffee.

What I loved most about Barefoot on the Beach was the atmosphere. Even as the morning buzzed to life with locals heading out for swims or runs, the café retained its welcoming and unhurried charm.
